PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme water-producing apparatus which can prevent bubbling in a production tank on the supply of water into the production tank without lowering the production efficiency of the enzyme water. SOLUTION: This enzyme water-producing apparatus is characterized by disposing a water supply electromagnetic valve 22 having an adjustable aperture in a water supply mechanism J for supplying water to the production tank T, and disposing a control unit 18 for controlling the water supply electromagnetic valve 22 to give a larger water supply quantity than an initial water supply quantity.
