<p>A method of MAC layer to perform operation instruction in long term evolution network and application thereof, this method includes: after the MAC layer receives an operation instruction about activated user equipment from the upper layer, determines whether said user equipment is uplink synchronization state; if said user equipment is uplink synchronization, then said MAC layer performs the operation instruction; otherwise, said MAC layer initiate a paging to said user equipment, and instructs said user equipment to perform uplink synchronization; after said user equipment accomplishes the uplink synchronization, said MAC layer performs the operation instruction. The invention makes the user equipment under uplink asynchronization state can receive information from network side correctly.</p> |
