[PROBLEMS] To provide, in a node management on a network, uniform structures of physical connections and logically divide the network, thereby allowing a dynamic network node management to be performed. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There are included a physical connection database that stores physical connection statuses of devices and servers constituting a network; a logical connection condition database that stores conditions for providing logical connections of the network; a path calculating means that calculates a logically connectable path from the logical connection condition database and physical connection database when receiving an instruction of a logical connection of the network; a command generating means that generates, based on the calculated path, a command for changing the setting of a corresponding device or server; and a transmitting means that transmits the setting change command.
