IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently display similar images when displaying images classified into multiple groups composed of mutually similar images.

SOLUTION: A selection part 81 selects a representative image for representing each group among the images classified into multiple groups. A display control part 71 displays a list of thumbnail images of the representative image in a liquid crystal monitor 18. When the desired representative image is selected in the list, the list of all images classified into the group to which the selected representative image belongs is displayed in the liquid crystal monitor 18 instead of the list of the thumbnail images of the representative image.
