<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure normal operation even if a plurality of antennae are arranged with respect to one reader/writer. <P>SOLUTION: In this data communication equipment by RFID, a wireless IC tag and a reader/writer (1) communicate with each other via antennae (2). The plurality of antennae (2) are arranged with respect to one reader/writer (1). A high-frequency inductive coupler (3) is connected to the reader/writer (1), while high-frequency inductive couplers (4) are connected to the respective antennae (2).
