<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rigid fixing of an IC tag to an article, and preferably, to provide easy detachment from the article of the IC tag that has become unnecessary. <P>SOLUTION: The IC tag is attached to the article 1 by sealing the IC tag in an attachment member 2, and fastening the attachment member 2 sealing the IC tag to a part 10b to be buried formed in the article.
