PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storing container which can realize miniaturization of a mounting part by reducing deflection after fusion of a film. SOLUTION: In the liquid storing container 1 equipped with both a container case 3 with a liquid storing part 3c which stores a liquid, and a second container case 5 which constitutes a waste liquid absorbing part 20 that absorbs a waste liquid, the waste liquid absorbing part 20 is equipped with a sectioned chamber 19 sectioned by both an inner wall 5b as a part of the container case 5 and the film 18, and an absorber 17 stored in the sectioned chamber 19 to absorb the waste liquid.
