摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detection method capable of adequately detecting a pressure by considering change of a detection signal due to a wiring capacitance between wires of the detection signal and the other signal, and a liquid jet device. SOLUTION: A drive signal is applied to a piezoelectric actuator to pressurize a pressurizing chamber, and then a detection signal 202 is obtained from a pressure sensor. After peak voltages V<SB>1</SB>-V<SB>4</SB>of the detection signal 202 are measured, a voltage shift amount 206 (V<SB>s</SB>(t)) generated on the detection signal is obtained based on the peak voltages V<SB>1</SB>-V<SB>4</SB>of the detection signal 202. Correction by the voltage shift amount 206 V<SB>s</SB>(t) is applied to the peak voltages V<SB>1</SB>-V<SB>4</SB>of the detection signal 202, thereby obtaining peak voltages V<SB>R1</SB>-V<SB>R4</SB>of a detection signal 204.
