PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of making a camera smaller and more lightweight and reducing costs than before. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the solid-state imaging device in which a plurality of unit cells each for accumulating charges corresponding to the quantity of received light are arrayed, wherein each unit cell includes: a photodetector 111 which performs photoelectric conversion on incident light, generates and outputs charges; a detection unit 112 for accumulating the outputted charges; a read transistor 114 for reading the accumulated charges to an accumulation region while switching whether to bring a gap between the photodetector 111 and the detection unit 112 into a conducted state or a non-conducted state; a reset transistor 113 for switching whether to bring a gap between pixel drain wiring 116 and the detection unit 112 into a conducted state or a non-conducted state; and a transistor 115 for amplification for amplifying the charges read by the detection unit 112 and further, the relevant imaging device has, on the same chip with the unit cells formed thereon, a drain region and a pulse voltage generating circuit 130 for supplying a pulse voltage to the drain region.
