PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator, attaining favorable maintenance work efficiency, and improving the appearance quality without any increase in installation cost. SOLUTION: In a filter box 42, a pair of corner parts adjacent to each other with the side surface opposite to the side surface having an opening part 42a interposed between them are chamfered at an angle of about 45°in a top view to thereby form chamfered parts 42j, 42j, respectively. The chamfered parts 42j, 42j are chamfered according to the internal angle shape of a corner part 29a in a storing space 51, and two chamfered parts 42j, 42j on the back are obliquely disposed respectively along the inner wall surfaces 29b, 29b butted on each other substantially at right angles with the corner part 29a interposed between them, whereby a filter unit 41 is made removable.
