PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a defect in a banding state caused at an image part in timing nearly when the loop disappears in a photographic printing device equipped with: a scanning exposure part which performs exposure linearly in a main scanning direction while conveying photosensitive material in a subscanning direction; a photosensitive material supply mechanism which pulls out the photosensitive material from a magazine where long-length photosensitive material is accumulated and feeds it to the scanning exposure part; a cutter which cuts the photosensitive material pulled out from the magazine to the size of an image; and a loop forming part which forms a loop by the photosensitive material between the scanning exposure part and the cutter, wherein the loop forming part has a feeding roller pair arranged between the cutter and the loop. SOLUTION: The photographic printing device is provided with approach regulating means 43A and 43B regulating a situation that the trailing edge of the photosensitive material P fed out to a downstream side temporarily by the feeding roller pair 43 approaches to a nip position by the feeding roller pair 43.
