SOLID SCANNING TYPE OPTICAL WRITING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid scanning type optical writing apparatus capable of exhibiting excellent gray scale reproducibility by eliminating a difference in output light quantity of the same gray scale irrelevantly to the number of optical shutter elements which are driven at the same time. SOLUTION: The solid scanning type optical writing apparatus has a plurality of optical shutter elements with electrooptic effect juxtaposed in a main scanning direction and modulates light emitted by an LED by turning ON/OFF optical shutter elements to form an image on a photosensitive material.
