PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein modification and coordination of voltage cannot be conducted, after manufacture and which can respond to neither manufacturing dispersion nor specification modifications in conventional voltage detection circuits. SOLUTION: The voltage detection circuit has a reference voltage generator which has a first variable resistor built in it, and a comparing voltage generator which has a second variable resistor built in. The voltage detection circuit can alter the reference voltage level and the comparison voltage value, by inputting information in a memory element into switch devices of resistance circuits having variable resistors built in the reference voltage generator and the comparing voltage generator, respectively. Accordingly, even after the manufacture of an electronic circuit, modification and adjustment of the detection voltage are attained after the manufacture of the electronic circuit, and a plurality of detection voltages can be set.
