PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Fe-Ni-based soft magnetic alloy powder having high magnetic flux density, high electric resistance and low hardness as well, to provide a green compact, and to provide a coil-sealed dust core. SOLUTION: The Fe-Ni-based soft magnetic alloy powder for forming the green compact for the coil-sealed dust core has a composition comprising, by weight, 41 to <45% Ni and 1 to 5% additive A, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The additive A is at least one selected from Al, Si, Mn, Mo, Cr and Cu. In this way, the hardness of the Fe-Ni-based soft magnetic alloy powder is reduced without reducing its magnetic flux density and electric resistance, and molding property thereof is improved. Further, the average grain diameter of the soft magnetic alloy powder is preferably controlled to≤50μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
