PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having a plant disease-controlling activity and a plant disease-controlling agent containing the same. SOLUTION: This pyridazine compound is expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is Cl or the like; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl: R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl which may be substituted by a halogen atom or the like, a 1-4C alkoxy which may be substituted by a halogen atom, or the like; (m) is 0 to 5 integer and when the (m) is≥2 integer, the R<SP>3</SP>s are each the same or different; and Q is a 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic ring having a nitrogen atom as a ring-constituting atom] and a bactericidal agent containing the same as an active ingredient is also provided.
