PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique not only for preventing a dead body from putrefaction and bereaved family or people who treat the dead body from infection with bacteria, but also for preserving the dead body as close as to the state before death, by simple handling. SOLUTION: The fixative liquid for dead body preservation, which contains 38-85 vol.% in alcohol concentration of a lower alcohol, 1.2-10 vol.% of glutaraldehyde and water, and also has a pH of 5.0-6.8.
