PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharge head capable of arranging nozzle holes with high density and making a stable discharge. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet head 1 is made by laminating three pieces of substrates consisting of a nozzle substrate 2 with a plurality of nozzle holes 21, a cavity substrate 3 which has the first recess 31 composing plural discharge chambers 31 with the nozzle substrate 2 and makes the liquid droplet discharged from the nozzle 21 corresponding to each discharge chamber 31 using the deformation of the bottom wall of the first recess 31 and an electrode substrate 4 which faces bottom wall of the first recess 31 through a clearance 16 and wherein a plurality of electrodes 41 which makes the bottom wall deformed are formed. The nozzle substrate 2 is composed of a board member whose thickness is thicker than the cavity substrate 3. The second recess 23 used as a reservoir 23 for storing a liquid supplied to the discharge chamber 31 is formed in the nozzle substrate 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
