The device has dosing chambers (22), which are arranged in dosing disks (14), where goods are filled into the dosing chambers. Punching tools (30, 31) act on the goods provided in the dosing chambers. The punching tools are arranged at a carrier (28), and two columns (27) are connected with the carrier. A servo drive is provided for synchronously moving the two columns to and fro over a coupling mechanism. The servo drive is centrally designed in a programmable manner, and centrally allows a movement profile of the columns.
