The engine has a pre-stressed spiral spring (S) triggered by a force of the engine or movement of a wheel (R) of a vehicle by an instruction of a driver or instruction of electronics, where the spring is clamped by a brake lock (Xs). A spring force is released by releasing a storage lock (Xr) or the brake lock and the storage lock. The spring force is applied by a free-wheel over a drive (G) of the wheel and the maximum spring force is limited by a mechanism.
