<p>The tool has a form head (18) with projections (20) provided at a constant axial distance to one another. The projections are formed according to the type of thread milling, where the projections have radial extensions. Pressure drives are respectively formed on a rod-shaped body (50), which is made of a high strength cutting material such as solid carbide. The rod-shaped body is inserted in a form head.
