The present invention comprises circuits and sensors in connection with a plurality of vehicle components which are wirelessly communicated to a PDA program for executing anti-theft, level monitoring and control functions over the parts of a vehicle. The invention comprises an onboard computer including a PDA for informing the occurrence of an intrusion event to a user concerned, and manipulating diverse functionalities of the vehicle.
