PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-form pack material keeping the performance to improve or eliminate the pigment spots caused by the aggregation and deposition of melanine such as spots and freckles for a long period at a high level.

SOLUTION: A sheet-form pack material produced by placing an aqueous gel composition containing a compound [I] and a polyacrylic acid and/or its derivative on a supporting sheet is air-tightly packaged in a packaging bag having oxygen-absorbing function to stabilize the compound [I] to the deterioration reaction in an acidic region and keep the quality of the sheet-form pack material.
