<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply device with a two-power supply system which can facilitate installation, suppress the increase in vehicle weight and wiring power loss, and improve safety. <P>SOLUTION: A load side battery 4 is disposed adjoining to the generator side battery 2 and a circuit module 10, and they are connected by a bath bar.
