<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin-dispersing agent having a photocurable property, having an acid group effective for an alkali developing property, capable of being used as a resist material and excellent in dispersing a pigment, heat resistance, durability, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This photosensitive resin-dispersing agent is obtained by reacting the isocyanate groups of (a) a multi-functional polyisocyanate compound containing in average 2 to 10 isocyanate groups in one molecule and 100 to 1,000 average molecular weight per one isocyanate group with the hydroxy groups of (b) an acrylic polymer having hydroxy groups at its terminals and further having an ethylenically unsaturated group. The obtained photosensitive resin-dispersing agent is suitable for offset ink, gravure ink, a colored coating agent, inkjet ink, resist for an integrated circuit, resist for printed circuit board, coloring paste for a color filter, paste for a black matrix, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
