PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element which is made of an inorganic compound as a light-emitting material and can be operated at a low voltage by producing a light-emitting element with a higher light-emitting efficiency then a conventional one. SOLUTION: A carrier supplying layer is provided fresh in order to increase a number of carriers in a light emitting layer of a light emitting element made of an inorganic compound, and an exciting probability of a light emitting center (an atom) in the light emitting layer is raised and a light emitting efficiency is raised and an operating voltage for a light emitting device is reduced as well.
