PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily handle various lengths of long planar heating elements, and to reduce the range of a non-heating part of a connection part as much as possible. SOLUTION: Since a pair of second main electrodes 3e and 3f are arranged toward first main electrodes 3a and 3b facing to each other from the first main electrodes 3a and 3b to sandwich the connection part, and pectinate second branch electrodes 3g and 3h are arranged toward the second main electrodes 3e and 3f facing to each other from the second main electrodes 3e and 3f, all polymer resistors 4 between the second branch electrodes 3g and 3h function as heat generation parts, and various lengths of the long planar heating elements can be easily handled by adjusting the overlap margin between the second branch electrodes 3g and 3h.
