PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film for transfer for forming a transparent conductive layer of a uniform thickness with a stable and low resistance value on the surface of an object body even under a high-temperature, high humidity environment, as well as an object with the transparent conductive layer formed using the same. SOLUTION: The conductive film for transfer at least contains a support body 1, a conductive layer 4 on the support body 1 capable of being peeled off the latter 1 and an adhesive layer 5 on the conductive layer 4. The conductive layer 4 is a compressed layer of conductive fine particles, and the adhesive layer 5 is formed of an adhesive composition at least containing a silane coupling agent (S) and/or its hydrolyzed matter and a curing component (C) having an active energy beam reactive group other than the silane coupling agent (S).
