PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content selecting device which selects acoustic contents so that flow between the acoustic contents to be reproduced by an acoustic reproducing apparatus does not give the feeling of incompatibility to a listener. SOLUTION: A CPU randomly selects one piece of the acoustic contents from the acoustic contents stored in an acoustic content storage part (S21), retrieves music related contents having attribute information related to the attribute information of the selected music contents from the acoustic contents stored in the acoustic content storage part (S22), selects the music contents again (S21) when the music related contents are not detected (S23), and registers the music contents selected in the step S21 and the music related contents detected in the step S22 in a reproduction list (S24) when the music related contents are detected (S23).
