PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve symmetrization of the distortion of an image obtained during bright field observation and improvement in astigmatism. SOLUTION: The microscopic device 1 includes: an objective 3; an observation optical system unit 4 including variable power optical systems 8R and 8L for observing light from a sample A, image-forming lenses 9R and 9L and eyepieces 10R and 10L; an exciting light source 12 generating exciting light; a reflection member 17 arranged between the observation optical system unit 4 and the objective 3, and making the exciting light emitted from the exciting light source 12 incident on the objective 3 along an optical axis CEeccentric to the optical axes CRand CLof the observation optical system unit 4; and a fixing means 6 for fixing the objective 3 in a positioned state relative to the observation optical system unit 4 and the reflection member 17. The fixing means 6 is provided to switch and arrange the optical axis COof the objective 3 to a position where it is aligned with the optical axes CRand CLof the observation optical system unit 4 and a middle position between the optical axes CRand CLof the observation optical system unit 4 and the optical axis CEof the exciting light.
