PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well-balanced toner which is a high-resolution toner, excellent in reproduction of a microscopic line and having a stable half tone, and moreover permits fixation even at a low fixation temperature. SOLUTION: The toner comprises: nonmagnetic toner particles having at least a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent; and inorganic fine powder, wherein the toner has a mode circularity in the circularity distribution measurement by a flow type particle image measuring instrument of≥0.97 and <1.00 and the toner satisfies relations expressed by the following relations (1), (2) in a particle distribution of the particle size distribution measurement which makes the range of≥1.73μm and <30.19μm a measurement object according to an electrozone method; 2.0%≤Dns≤15.0% (1), 5.0%≤Dvr≤23.0% (2).
