PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for analysis and a method for the analysis capable of performing analysis in such a way as to reliably maintain the isolation of a product, which is located in a receptacle isolated from the environment, from the environment or its sealing from the environment. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with both a docking element (4) for sealing connection to a coupling element (2) of the receptacle in which the product is located and a measuring probe (10), and the measuring probe (10) is provided with a measuring element (14); a measuring window (16) arranged in a wall of a probe housing (11) in a beam path; and a detection element (15) for analysis. The probe housing (11) is constituted with the measuring probe (10) and guided displaceably in a guide housing (12) in such a way that at least part of the probe housing (11) in which the measuring window (16) is located can be inserted into the receptacle (1), which houses the product to be analyzed, through the docking element (4) and the coupling element (2) for the analysis.
