PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of constantly supplying an optimum driving voltage without depending upon variation in ambient temperature nor manufacture variance of an LCD panel, a LCD driver IC equipped with the same and a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: The power circuit includes a temperature gradient varying circuit 311 which generates a gradient voltage varying in voltage level with a temperature gradient corresponding to ambient temperature, and a temperature gradient setting circuit 312 which generates an output voltage V2 (i.e. the driving voltage VL of the LCD panel) by adjusting the temperature gradient and voltage level of the gradient voltage V1.
