PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamideimide-based resin composition which has the original excellent heat resistance of a polyamideimide resin and has improved mechanical characteristics, melt flowability and water absorption characteristics. SOLUTION: This polyamideimide-based resin composition comprises (A) 10 to 89.5 pts.wt. of a polyamideimide resin, (B) 10 to 89.5 pts.wt. of polyphenylene sulfide resin and (C) 0.5 to 20 pts.wt. of at least one elastomer selected from acid anhydride group-containing olefinic resins and ionomer resins [wherein the total amount of (A) the polyamideimide resin, (B) the polyphenylene sulfide resin and (C) the elastomer is 100 pts.wt.].
