PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout injection method capable of easily and inexpensively preventing generation of residual air in a duct. SOLUTION: This grout injection method injects grout into the duct 2 so as to push out a gel-like substance from the other end of the duct 2, after injecting a specific quantity of gel-like substance into the duct 2 from one end of the duct 2, after being fixed to a fixing tool 3 in a state of introducing tensile force into a PC steel material by a jack, by inserting the PC steel material into the circular duct 2 of a segment assembly. Thus, a grout unfilled part (a void) is not generated in the duct 2 after hardening the grout, since the residual air is not generated, without causing a pre-flow in a top part of the duct 2.
