PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation block for a partition wall and a foundation block unit using this block, capable of restraining an increase in the number of member items and complication of installation work, even when installing vegetation and a water passage. SOLUTION: This foundation block 1 for the partition wall has integrally a bottom part 2 and a pair of side wall parts 3 and 4 extended upward from both end parts of the bottom part 2 and arranged at a predetermined interval. The partition wall 100 extending along a boundary line of a predetermined area and partitioning the inside and the outside of the predetermined area, is installed in any one upper part of the pair of side wall parts 3 and 4.
