PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that exhibits excellent balance between mutually contradicting properties such as impact resistance and heat resistance, or the like, noticeably exhibits unique viscoelastic behavior which is not observed in the case of conventional polymer materials, and is remarkably excellent in impact energy-absorbing performances and vibration energy-absorbing performances at the time of high-speed deformation, by controlling a relaxation time of a polyamide resin in a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the polyamide resin. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises the polyamide resin (A), and has, at a relaxation time T<SB>1</SB><SP>C</SP>of a carbon nucleus by the solid NMR measurement, the longer relaxation time T<SB>1</SB><SP>C1</SP>, of two relaxation times in two-component analysis of a relaxation time corresponding to carbon in a carbonyl group in the polyamide resin (A), of at most 65 sec and the longer relaxation time T<SB>1</SB><SP>C2</SP>, of two relaxation times in two-component analysis of a relaxation time corresponding to carbon in a hydrocarbon group adjacent to an NH group in the polyamide resin (A), of at most 15 sec.
