PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic reading system which can attach a prefix for identifying a diagnostic reading request and making the management of the diagnostic reading request easy. SOLUTION: In the medical use image diagnostic reading system having a diagnostic reading request institution for performing the diagnostic reading request which transmits diagnostic reading request information and a diagnostic reading institution which is connected with the diagnostic reading request institution in a communicatable way through a communication network and performs the diagnostic reading of a medical image from the diagnostic reading request specified by the diagnostic reading request information transmitted from the diagnostic reading request institution, when the diagnostic reading request information is received in the diagnostic reading institution, information for specifying the diagnostic reading request institution, which transmits the diagnostic reading request information, is added to the diagnostic reading request information.
