PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone holding tool which can quickly and easily fix a reinforcement implement for fracture treatment to a bone. SOLUTION: The bone holding tool 1, which holds the bone in order to fix the reinforcement implement for reinforcing the broken bone to the bone, has a main body 2 which extends in the shape of a long measure, a hook section 10 which is prepared at the leading edge of the main body 2 and is engaged with the bone, and a support part 16 which is prepared at the leading edge of the main body 2, extends towards the inner peripheral face 10a side of the hook section 10, and supports the reinforcement implement in the case of the fixation of the reinforcement implement, a through-hole 22 extending in the length direction of the support part 16 is formed in the support part 16, and the penetration axis L2 of the through-hole 22 and a main body axis L1 extending in the length direction of the main body 2 cross mutually.
