PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of mowing by solving the trouble associated with the attachment and detachment of cutting blades in a linking mechanism of a cutting blade stay of cutting blades of a mower because problems that the cutting blade stay cannot be attached and detached without using a specific tool because of a special component shape, and sometimes the attachment of the part is missed or forgotten because of complicated parts to damage the mowing operability are present conventionally. SOLUTION: A junction part cover 111 having a shape constituting a plane of projection, which covers the whole plane of the projection of the attaching and detaching operation side on the front side of the rotation direction of a junction part to protect the junction part between the cutting blade 12 and the cutting blade stay 11, and having an opened state in a plane except the front face side of the rotation direction is formed at a fixed nut 114 side which is the operation side when being attached and detachmed. As a result, the operability is improved because the special tool is not required in attachment and detachment, and the attaching and detaching operation can be carried out easily by a general-purpose tool by everyone, because the junction part-attaching and detaching operation part is completely protected from abrasive wear by obstacles such as small stones, and three faces except the front face side in the rotation direction are opened.
