An apparatus for opening and closing a food garbage can is provided to couple a hooking part of a movement part to a cover of the food garbage can so that a damaged part of the food garbage can is partially replaced. A movement part includes a chain part coupled to a cover of the apparatus, a coupling rod(12) coupled to the chain part, and a curved vertical rod(14) coupled to the coupling rod(12). A pressed part(20) includes a coupling groove coupled to a fixing groove formed on the vertical load by a coupling unit, a horizontal rod formed with the first ring, and a pedal(24) coupled to at the first side of the horizontal rod and protruding more forward than a front surface of the food garbage can. A supporting part includes a fixing ring(31) to which the vertical rod(14) is fixed, a supporting rod(33) formed with a groove into which the horizontal rod(23) is inserted, a plate fixed to the supporting rod(33) and including a fixing step and the second ring, and an elastic member(37) coupled to the first ring and the second ring. |
