摘要 A polymer linear actuator for an MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) system and a micro manipulator for measuring a brain signal using the same are provided to increase a driving force of the polymer linear actuator by using a thermal expansion and a thermal contraction of polymer. A polymer linear actuator for an MEMS system includes first and second body units(10,12) and at least one V-type driving unit(37,37'). The first and second body units are apart from each other. The V-type driving units couple the first and second body units with each other. The respective V-type driving units are arranged to face each other and convert a rotation movement from the driving unit to a linear movement. The driving unit includes a polymer hinge(34), a pair of screen driving units(31,32), polymer couplers(36,38), a resistor(35), and a power source. First ends of the silicon driving units are connected to a slant line of a trapezoid of the polymer couplers.
