An anchor-screw used for fixing an orthodontic wire is provided to achieve the strong fixing force by easily and strongly adhering the screw to a cell tissue of tooth bone by means of a structure of determined hollow and transverse hole within the screw. An anchor-screw used for fixing an orthodontic wire, includes: a screw head(110), arranged in a top of the screw itself and having a fixation(111) for hanging and fixing a supporting element of the orthodontic wire; a threaded portion(120), connected to a lower end of the screw head, and having a tapered form, on an outer circumference of which a threaded structure is shaped; many transverse holes(123.N), penetrated transversely through the threaded portion, and filled with an adhesive material for adhering the screw itself to a bone tissue of a corresponding tooth; and a longitudinal hollow(130), bored vertically from a top end of the screw head to a one point over a lower end of the threaded portion, and filled also with the adhesive material.
