A device for manufacturing a composite type seamless pipe for synthetic resin and a composite type seamless pipe for synthetic resin are provided to prevent water from flowing through the space exposed from a cut surface after installation of the seamless pipe. A pipe rotating unit(100) is coupled to one side of a frame(F) and an extruding unit(200) is coupled to the other side of the frame. A first bearing(120) fitted to both ends of a mounting roller(110) is joined to an intermediate portion of the frame, and a slave sprocket wheel is coupled to the mounting roller. A driving motor coupled with a driving sprocket wheel is mounted on a bottom of the frame, and the driving sprocket wheel and the slave sprocket wheel are connected through a chain. A press roller(160) coupled to a press cylinder is interposed between mounting rollers. The press roller is coupled to both ends of a roller support bar(161) through a second bearing(162). A vertical guide bar(163) has a lower portion coupled onto the roller support bar, and an upper portion fitted through the frame. A pneumatic pressure generating unit(600) connected to a controller(700) is arranged in a lower portion of the frame such that the pressure generated from the pneumatic pressure generating unit is branched through a control valve(610).
