A gas injection/exhaust device and a ready mixed concrete box are provided to store materials in various methods by releasing a vacuum state or injecting and exhausting the gas by installing the gas injection/exhaust device at the ready mixed concrete box in a line. A gas injection/exhaust device injects/exhausts the gas filled in a ready mixed concrete box and provided with a gas injection/exhaust unit for injecting/exhausting the gas by operating the gas injection/exhaust device after closing a door for shutting up the inside of the ready mixed concrete box. Materials are guided and inserted into the ready mixed concrete box by the displacement of a guide device. A combustion device burns up oxygen contained in the ready mixed concrete box.
