Injection nozzle with spray ducts and method for inserting ducts

The nozzle (1) has a body (2), and several injection channels (3, 4) with inlet and outlet openings (6, 7). The injection channels are molded in a different manner. The shape of the cross-sectional surfaces of the injection channels is varied. The cross-sectional surfaces are parallely arranged in the longitudinal direction. Circumferential contours of the inlet and outlet openings are different. An independent claim is also included for a method for inserting two differently molded channels in a component e.g. nozzle body, of an injection nozzle.
