The shield (2) has a press plate, which is arranged at a front side of a stator core (6), and a magnetic permeable composite material, which has low electrical conductivity. The composite material has a composite particle, which is surrounded by an insulating layer. The composite particle is accommodated within a carrier material. The shield is inserted in a recess or the front sided press plate or is arranged radially below the press plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a shield for a component and/or a bushing in a stator of a three-phase alternator. |
