<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high processing performance by expanding only a part of a structured document. <P>SOLUTION: This structure document processing system comprises a structured document storage unit 1 for storing a structured document, a partial tree control unit 5 for conceiving the structured document 10 stored in a structured document storage unit 1 with a tree structure, and controlling the tree structure by dividing the same into the partial tree, an expanding unit 3 for acquiring a part of the structured document corresponding to the partial tree informed from the partial tree control unit 5, from the structured document storage unit 1, structurally analyzing a part of the acquired structured document to expand the same to an object 11-0 hierarchized into the tree structure, and a processing part 4 for processing the object 11-0 expanded by the expanding unit 3 in accordance with the instruction from a user application 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
