The device has a measuring transducer (2) provided on a conduit (1), through which a medium flows, and a guide frame (3) fastenable at the conduit for carrying and holding the measuring transducer. A fixing device (5) is provided for moving the measuring transducer towards and/or away from the conduit and for fixation at and/or detachment from the guide frame. A clamping unit (8) provided at the measuring transducer is stuck with the guide frame.
