PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid multilayer sheet for thermoforming which is excellent in formability and enables attainment of a formed body having heat resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: In regard to the polylactic acid multilayer sheet for thermoforming, the polylactic acid multilayer sheet has one layer which is constituted mainly of a polylactic acid polymer and stretched and thermally fixed and the other layer which is constituted mainly of a polylactic acid polymer having a lower melting point than the polylactic acid polymer constituting the foregoing layer.
