The present invention concerns a wind power plant with a central rotor unit ( 1 ); a ring carrier element ( 2 ), which surrounds the central rotor unit ( 1 ) in a concentric configuration; and with several rotor vanes ( 3 ) which are fixed with a bearing to the rotor unit ( 1 ) and to the ring carrier element ( 2 ). The rotor vanes ( 3 ) are additionally pivoted on the bearing sections of the rotor unit ( 1 ) and on the ring carrier element ( 2 ) to enable rotations around their longitudinal axes, and to adjust them by control devices in the region of these bearing sections.
